I had such a great experience at Ember Dental. I’m currently pregnant, so I was especially nervous about needing a root canal and crown, but the entire team made me feel completely comfortable and cared for from start to finish. I’ve always hated dental work, but they were so gentle, patient, and reassuring that it honestly changed my perspective. They took the time to explain everything, made sure I felt safe throughout the procedure, and checked in with me often. The office itself is clean, welcoming, and very professional. I truly felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I highly recommend Ember Dental to anyone especially if you’re someone who gets anxious about dental visits. In a world in which we seem to encounter deception and disappointment from people, politicians and professionals every day, finding someone or something we can trust is rare and rewarding.  I’ve found just that in the remarkable team at Ember Dental in Deerfield Beach, Florida. I’ve spent a lot of time every day on my dental hygiene routine over the decades.  However, a growing gap between my two front teeth and a recent chipped tooth at the gum line forced me to decide whether I should wait two months to see my dentist in New York or find a dental group that could handle the cosmetic repairs immediately.  After doing considerable research and finding universally positive reviews, I put my faith in Dr. Haneen Shehadeh at Ember Dental and was able to arrange an appointment within 24 hours. Walking into the office was a new experience for me compared to the cramped, dark dental offices I’m accustomed to in New York.  This facility featured a bright, modern reception area, a monitor welcoming you by name and refreshments such as water and soda (no-sugar, of course).  The front-desk staff is professional and personable, even spending time with you if there is any waiting time while developing x-rays.  And once processed, those x-rays are displayed on a full-color monitor showing exactly the condition of the area where the doctor is going to work. I was given several options regarding the procedures Dr. Shehadeh recommended and chose the one which fit my budget.  The doctor then brought in Dr. Jana Hamade, another accomplished expert in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, and the two worked in tandem in a painless procedure that I hoped would produce satisfactory results. Satisfactory is not the goal of these amazing dentists.  Their standard is the pursuit of perfection, and that’s exactly what I witnessed when they handed me a mirror to see the results of their efforts.  The procedure took approximately 75 minutes, but wiped forty years of wear and tear from my teeth.  I don’t throw around the term “thrilled” very often, but that’s exactly what I was, and I walked out of the office with a smile that hasn’t stopped since.

Well, I  thought I chipped a back molar, but turned out to be worsening of an existing fracture. My concern was infection. A visit to Embers and extensive x-rays by Annette confirmed this . Evaluation prompted proposal to do root canal and crown to save the tooth. Having no reason funds to cover this expense, Angie provided payment options and scheduled me with a specislist.  Dr Gomez promised to be quick and efficient. 60 minutes later the root canal and crown prep were finished and appt set for permanent crown placement in a few days. The numbing shots were my only true discomfort. Felipe held my hand! This group assures and provides personalized, caring and professional treatment.  I'd stay with them if it weren't such a drive from Ohio.
